  • Furniture, materials, and contractor costs are separate and discussed upfront

  • Most projects range $20K-$75K in design fees depending on scope

  • We work with budgets from $50K to $500K+ total investment

Virtual Design: From $2,500 per room

  • One flat fee covers everything: floor plans, sourcing, styling direction

  • You handle purchasing and implementation at your own pace

  • Perfect for those with $10K-$50K furniture/decor budgets per room

Clarity Consultation: $750

  • Think of it as a design insurance policy—$750 now could save you $5K in mistakes later

Payment plans available for Full-Service projects.

What Happens Next

Step 1: Discovery Call (30 min, complimentary)

  • We learn about your vision, lifestyle, and project goals

Step 2: In-Home Consultation (90 min)

  • We walk through your space together, taking measurements and photos

  • This is where we really get to know each other and your home

  • You ask all your questions—about process, timeline, budget, everything

  • We discuss how you actually live in the space (morning routines, entertaining, family flow)

  • I create initial floor plans and spatial concepts

  • If you're ready to move forward, we sign the agreement right there (or you take time to think)

  • No pressure—this is about making sure we're genuinely the right fit

Step 3: Proposal & Agreement

  • After our consultation, I send a detailed proposal with scope, timeline, and investment

  • You review at your own pace (no rush, take the time you need)

  • When you're ready to move forward, we sign the agreement and get excited!

  • If you're not ready or it's not the right fit, that's completely okay too

Step 4: Design Development

  • I create your custom design plan with floor layouts, color palettes, and sourcing

  • We meet to review and refine until it feels perfect

  • You provide feedback, I incorporate your vision

  • We finalize the direction together

Step 5: Implementation & Project Management

  • Full-Service: I manage everything—ordering, deliveries, installation, styling

  • Virtual: You receive your complete design package with shopping links and styling guide

  • Clarity: You receive detailed recommendations and actionable next steps

  • Regular updates so you're informed but never overwhelmed

  • Full-Service: The day you walk into your transformed space for the first time
